HIIT

HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training. This workout involves timed exercises and timed rest periods. During the active portion of the interval, you give your all out 100% effort through quick intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active recovery periods.

Cardio fit:

CARDIO FIT: Fast paced, high intensity workouts like traditional weight training circuits, but taken up a few notches. Rest periods are minimal and your heart rate should be up!

Strength Training:

STRENGTH: Get strong with bands or weighted exercises, to target overall strength. All from the comfort of your home or at the gym, with our app you can workout anywhere.
